First of all, customers will charge for the trip ( total amount quoted at the time of your reservation). However, The Customers have a right to cancel the service. With no doubt, the Customers will receive a cancellation proof number by e-mail or phone. Therefore, the following conditions should have met:
Sedans, SUVs, and Vans CANCELATION SHALL BE 48 hours in advance of pickup time.
Limousine, Mini buses, and Coach Buses CANCELATION SHALL BE 3 days in advance of pick up time.
The passengers is responsible for any damage to the vehicle or equipment in the vehicle. As a result, U Cruise Luxury Transportation has a right to charge the customer’s credit card in the reservation file for the full amount of the repair or replacement.
If there is an excessive mess in the vehicle, the Passenger(s) responsible to pay a $200 cleanup fee in accordance the process above.
Certainly, the bill of reservations and services will send by email at the time of reservation date.
Based on availability, U Cruise Luxury Transportation has a right to change a type of Vehicle. However, the changes of the vehicle’s type must be an upgrade. To clarify, the upgrade means, first of all, the vehicle which is put in charge shall be higher price than the one that the customer booked. To sum, the customer has no right to file a complaint regarding this upgrade after the client use the service. For instance, when the customers get the drop off in their destination, The customers wouldn’t able to complain on the type of vehicle.
First of all, U Cruise Luxury Transportation LLC shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control. Including but not limited to, weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
Also, U Cruise Luxury Transportation LLC assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle.
U Cruise Luxury Transportation will provide child safety seats. In that event, the children staff will provided upon request only and for additional price of $12 per seat per trip. Due to state and Federal law, parents and guardians of children traveling in our vehicles are responsible for installing child safety seats.
NO SHOW POLICY:
Definition of No-Show:
A no-show is defined as a situation where a customer fails to be present for their scheduled pick-up time and location, resulting in the service being unable to be provided as arranged. This includes instances where the customer cancels or changes their booking without sufficient notice.
Policy Details:
1. Scheduled Pick-up Time:
- Customers are required to be present at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time.
- For shuttle services, the pick-up time may occur within a 30-minute window before or after the scheduled time, as per company policy.
2. Notification Requirements:
- Customers must notify U Cruise Orlando Transportation LLC at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their service.
- Notifications made less than 48 hours in advance will be considered as a late cancellation and may incur a fee or may not be honored.
3. No-Show Consequences:
- If a customer is not present at the scheduled pick-up location and time, and no prior notification has been given as per the requirements above, the service will be marked as a no-show.
- No-shows are non-refundable. The customer will be charged the full cost of the service.
4. Driver Wait Time:
- Our drivers will wait for up to 30 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time. After this period, if the customer has not arrived, the service will be marked as a no-show.
- During the wait time, our drivers will attempt to contact the customer via the provided contact information.
5. Exceptional Circumstances:
- In cases of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, customers are encouraged to contact U Cruise Orlando Transportation as soon as possible. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and exceptions may be made at the discretion of the management.
6. Documentation:
-U Cruise Orlando Transportation will maintain records of all no-show incidents, including GPS tracking data, driver logs, and communication records, to ensure transparency and accuracy.
Customer Acknowledgment:
By booking services with U Cruise Orlando Transportation LLC, customers acknowledge and agree to adhere to this No-Show Policy and all Policies outlined above. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the forfeiture of fees paid for the scheduled service.
